Electronic Leak Detection Services

If you cannot see where your water leak is coming from, you will most likely need electronic leak detection. This service needs to be completed by a specialized professional using the right equipment. Not doing so can result in numerous holes in your floor or wall, costing you unnecessary money with floor and drywall repair. What are the signs that you have a water leak? An abnormally high water bill, hearing the sound of water without the water being on at your faucets and fixtures, a warm spot on the floor, or loss of water pressure. We offer precise spot repairs with minimum damage and repipe reroutes by removing the failed section of your water supply system. A water leak from an underground water line is sometimes difficult to detect. Nowadays, leaks can be found with electronic equipment so the house and grounds don’t have to be needlessly damaged. What’s our process when we come to your home? We’ll use sensing equipment to detect the leak through the floor by running the sensor over the suspected location. When the leak is found, it will have to be fixed so that any damage to your home (walls and floors) will be minimal and can be easily repaired. What are the methods of electronic leak detection? Vibrational analysis and rarefaction wave correlation.

How do I know if I have a water leak?

Make sure no water is running in the house and go outside to check your water meter. Write down the number on your water meter. After at least 45 minutes if the numbers changed, you most likely you have a leak somewhere in your plumbings water system. Notes: Toilets commonly leak and need to be inspected for leaks first. Make sure your ice maker in your refrigerator is in the off position.
